RETURN POLICY

YOUR ORDER

We always hope that you will love the pieces you bought from us. If you are unsure of the size before purchasing, email us at sales@florian-wowretzko.com.

If you need to make changes to your order or have any requests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to review your request. 

AVAILABILITY

We try to keep the website up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the items shown are still available. Your order will be processed within 2-3 working days after we have received it.

If one of the items you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to contact you via the email address you provided when you placed your order. If we cannot contact you or do not receive a response to our email, we will proceed with the remaining items of your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free standard shipping for orders £600 or above. Free shipping is applied to your order at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days of purchase. We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Depending on the manufacturer's capacity, production can take up to 10 working days.

Due to Covid-19 and Brexit, we may expect a delay in our supply chain, please expect longer fulfillment times.

When placing your order, please make sure that the billing and delivery addresses are correct, as we cannot redirect them. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES 

Non-UK Customers Please Note: If you are ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, import duties and taxes may apply and will be collected once the delivery reaches the specified destination. Delivery times can vary. We have no control over delays caused by customs clearance.

You are responsible for paying import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information and a cost estimate prior to placing your order to avoid unforeseen charges.

The law requires us to show the full product price on the packaging and we cannot change it to reduce applicable duties and taxes.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return your order for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days from when the order arrived to you. 

Returning your order

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and in the original packaging with all labels and hangtags attached.

Do not put the original invoice in the box.

Your package will be sent without a return slip. Please contact us regarding your return by email at sales@florian-wowretzko.com.

Please ensure that all packages have a tracking number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the fault is on our side, you will be sent a shipping label. Please include a printed copy of your receipt in your package. Please make sure that it is marked as "RETURN" on the package.

As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send it by registered mail or other means that require a signature on delivery.

Any package returned after the prescribed deadline will be rejected and returned to the sender. The sender bears the costs and risks associated with returning the product(s).

FLORIAN WOWRETZKO cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged. No parcels will be accepted as cash on delivery, no matter the reason.


EXCHANGES

If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please send us an email to sales@florian-wowretzko.com to return your items. After we have received and approved your return, a store credit will be refunded to you so you can purchase a new item.

In the event of items received incorrectly, or in a damaged or defective condition, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please send us an email to info@florian-wowretzko.com with close-up images of the damaged items. Items damaged by normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

Whenever possible, we will offer an exchange if a replacement is available or we will offer to repair faulty items free of charge. If items found defective cannot be repaired, or the same item is not available, a credit or full refund will be offered and we will arrange for the defective item to be returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds can only be made for items at regular prices.

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for credit.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you that your refund has been approved or declined. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed.

If your return is approved, the price of your items will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check-out. Your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

In the event of items received incorrectly, or in a damaged or defective condition, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy. Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be returned to the original delivery address.

 

RETURN COSTS

Unless the fault is on our side, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. No refunds will be made to customs and duties costs, as well as costs of the original shipment.
